Our mission is to help all people, especially the Latino community, gain a greater understanding of tax laws and their tax obligations, based on our understanding that.

The more knowledge people have about their tax responsibilities, the better decisions they will make regarding their finances, savings, and financial well-being.

Our mission is also to ensure that taxpayers know their rights. These include the right to know what they need to do to comply with tax laws, and the right to receive clear explanations of IRS laws and procedures in all forms, instructions, publications, notices, and tax correspondence.

Taxpayers have the right to receive timely, courteous, and professional assistance when dealing with the IRS.

Taxpayers have the right to pay only the amount of tax legally owed, including interest and penalties; and to have the IRS correctly credit their tax payments.
